Patrick and I laughed about Caden’s portrait for a solid 10 minutes, confirming that our 2 day long exposure to primer and paint fumes did in fact leave us with a pretty strong contact high.

I can see the likeness, but understand the fumes thing entirely. You paint a lot when you move a lot. And I love that color btw!

Thanks, we liked the new color too but missed the old one. The new house is all white walls but at least its just a rental so we don’t have to paint again when we leave. I don’t care to see another paint roller anytime soon!

It is a similar color to my downstairs… or above the air rail downstairs, anyway. It is an easy color to work with when you are all earthy like me. The tiny little cracker jack box I am about to rent I am going to paint just like I want. Of course, all earth tones but brilliantly dark ones. Why not have dark walls… yellow is good, but dark red is awesome. Just my bedroom red, I will try to be nicer in the other rooms. But the color that you guys chose right there would look really good sponged over a chocolate color… I am picturing worn leather walls. I know, I’m weird.
