My second attempt at baking bread had a much happier result. It still didn’t rise enough on its second cycle, but I think that was user error. I accidentally folded the towel over the bowl twice, maybe it didn’t get enough air circulation? Regardless, with a pat of butter this bread was pretty darn good.
